Will YOU be tracking the fitness levels of your VAGINA?
Kegel exercises are the old-fashioned way of keeping your vagina fit and healthy
IF YOU weren't convinced the 2015 technology bubble had hit its peak, there is now an app to track the fitness of your vagina.

FitnessPal and Runtastic might be a fab way to keep track of your hearty exercise habits, but what about the fitness level of your nether regions?
Made famous by Samantha Jones in Sex and the City, Kegel exercises are a commonly adopted practice by women that involve repeatedly contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles.

Why? Apparently, having a strong pelvic floor helps you orgasm more easily.
It's also good for incontinence issues post childbirth, but we suspect the former outcome might be more of a motivation.
Because sexercise is worth supporting, British start up Chiaro has created what is quite possibly the most "personal" trainer... ever.

A new app helps women exercise their vaginas and keep a happy nether region

Elvie - as it is femininely named - is a Bluetooth-enabled egg that is inserted into the vagina. Connected to your smartphone, it tracks the strength of kegel muscle contractions through motion sensors.
The "small yet powerful" device includes five-minute tracked exercises to check whether you're clenching efficiently and even a game, where you have to keep a ball bouncing by contracting and releasing at the correct moments.
According to the website, 91 per cent of users have found exercising with Elvie beneficial. At £149 a pop, the product promises "better core strength, control and yes - even better sex."
If the facial expressions of the women in the promotional video are anything to go by, they might be on to something...
Best keep up with your Kegels, ladies.
