METAL Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain is a game filled with little secret cutscenes and touches that fans continue to stumble, it is also still being affected by at least one save game bug on PS4, Konami has confirmed.
Fans have been warned by the publisher that they could see their save-file corrupted by how they play the game, TPP had been hit by an earlier issues on the PS4 connected to using Quiet as a Buddy on certain missions.
This past problem has been fixed, however, another has taken it place, albeit, one which is probably less likely to be such a widespread issue for fans.
Running Metal Gear Solid 5 on multiple PSN accounts on a single system can lead to an error that leaves your save data is unusable.
"We must request that only a single SEN account per PlayStation 4 system can be used to play the game," an official support post from Konami reads.
"We are working on methods on solving this issue, we deeply appreciate your patience."

Another bug causing issues to fans has been highlighted by Konami that affects all platforms and is connected to construction at Mother Base.
"This bug may occur under the following conditions, construction status of the Command Platform of Mother Base is between 1/4 and 3/4, and you have initiated construction via the iDroid menu, but the construction is incomplete and following this, you quit the game while visiting Mother Base," another Konami support post reads.
"If you intend to quit the game after ordering further construction of the Command Platform on Mother base (and the construction is not yet complete), be sure to board the helicopter and quit from the ACC (Aerial Command Center) or from a location other than Mother Base."
For those fans unaffected by these game-breaking glitches, the quest to uncover the games little secrets continue.
One new cutscene has been uploaded to YouTube, showing what happens if you've spent too long from Mother Base.
In order to trigger it, player can take a long break from playing the game or can simply stay away from Mother Base for long periods.

Other little Easter Eggs found in The Phantom Pain include finding director Hideo Kojima in Side-Op 112, which then allows you to recruit him to your team.
He can be found in Northern Kabul and is a top agent with some of the best staff skills in the game.
It follows the recent rumours and replies from Konami regarding the future of the Metal Gear Series.
