Jurgen Klopp tells Liverpool transfer committee: 'I need these people'
Jurgen Klopp insists he is happy to work with the transfer committee at Liverpool
LIVERPOOL manager Jurgen Klopp insists he needs the transfer committee at the club despite reports he would only take the job if given total control of recruitment.

It was claimed in the build up to his appointment that the German would demand the committee was disbanded.
However, as he addressed the media for the first time since taking over from the sacked Brendan Rodgers, he refuted the claims.

“This is a really crazy discussion because it was not a problem for (even) 10 seconds,” said Klopp. “We talked about it before ... for me it's enough.
“We only want to discuss about very good players and discussing on the highest level and I hope that's what we do.
“I'm not a genius, I don't know more than the rest of the world. I need these people.

Klopp insists he is not a genius and needs the support from others when it comes to signing players
“When we sign or sell a player, it's really easy to handle this.”
Klopp won't get the chance to dip into the transfer market for the first time until January but that has not stopped speculation as to who he might sign.
The former Borussia Dortmund chief has been linked with a number of his ex-players, including Marco Reus, Neven Subotic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan
