RAY PARLOUR says Robert Lewandowski would be the perfect replacement for Luis Suarez at Liverpool - and that Jurgen Klopp is the man to bring him to the Premier League.

Poland international and Bayern Munich striker Lewandowski, 27, has scored 22 goals in 15 appearances for club and country.
He used to play under , before moving to Bayern in July 2014.

And Parlour believes that Klopp, who was appointed Liverpool manager last week after the club sacked Brendan Rodgers, should push for Lewandowski.
“I’m sure Liverpool fans are delighted with the appointment of Klopp," HITC quote Parlour as telling talkSPORT.
"It’s a gamble, but it’s a good gamble.

"We know about Lewandowski, how well he’s playing, and I’m sure (Klopp) would love to get him to Liverpool.
"What a signing that would be, it would be like a Suarez turning up at Liverpool."
Liverpool sold star striker Suarez to Barcelona in 2014 after the Uruguay international had helped them to a second-place finish in the Premier League.

Rodgers reinvested the £65million transfer fee in a number of players but failed to replicate their achievement in the 2014/15 campaign, the Reds slumping to a sixth-place finish.
Parlour's former club Arsenal tried to buy Suarez in the summer of 2013 with their infamous £40m plus £1 offer.
The bid was thought to have met Suarez's release clause but Liverpool refused to sell and secured the striker's services for a further 12 months.
