Louis van Gaal to make sweeping changes for Champions League ahead of crunch Arsenal clash
Louis van Gaal admits he is considering changes for tonight's game against Wolfsburg
MANCHESTER UNIETD manager Louis van Gaal has revealed he could make considerable changes to his side for tonight's Champions League clash with Wolfsburg.

Van Gaal has one eye on Sunday's Premier League game with Arsenal and admits he might leave some key figures out for the visit of the Bundesliga giants.

While the Dutchman is desperate for a win after a disappointing 2-1 loss at PSV in their Group B opener, he is concerned that some players might be tired.
"I have to consider if I want to use these players," he told MUTV.

Michael Carrick (left) was substituted against Sunderland and is a minor injury worry
"We have to take care of the players because we are playing three matches every week.
"It's the accumulation of tiredness. We have to pay attention to that.
"I have to consider every week if I can use a player or not

"Now Herrera, Carrick and Valencia have minor issues. We have to take a decision and I will take that, more or less, on Wednesday."
United went top of the Premier League on Saturday for the first time on two years and can further solidify their position with victory at the Emirates.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have their own injury worries, with Laurent Koscielny understood to be struggling afar being hauled off in their 3-2 defeat to Olympiakos last night.
