David De Gea ready to make Manchester United comeback in Liverpool showdown
David de Gea looks set to feature in Manchester United's clash with Liverpool on Saturday
DAVID DE GEA says he is mentally and physically ready to make his comeback for Manchester United in their showdown with Liverpool on Saturday.

Van Gaal left De Gea out of United's first six games of the season because he felt he had been distracted by Real's interest but insisted he could return to the side once the transfer window closed.

And with fingers pointed at Sergio Romero for United's first defeat of the season at Swansea before the international break, De Gea is set for a recall on Saturday.
He has indicated that despite Van Gaal's claims to the contrary, he always wanted to play for United - and now it is up to the manager to make his decision.
"I wanted to play and now we'll see after the international break if I'm lucky with my club," he said.
"I felt well. The coach (Vicente del Bosque) has given me confidence.
"I'm calm. I'll keep working and improving - in short, I'm enjoying my football and I'm happy.

"The support I've received is very important to me. I have some magnificent team-mates and I am very grateful to all of them. My future's going to be the same as it is now. "
A boost for United is that De Gea kept a clean sheet when making his first competitive appearance of the season in Spain's 1-0 Euro 2016 win in Macedonia on Tuesday night.
United team-mate Ander Herrera believes De Gea - United's player of the season for the last two years - will not allow the collapse of his transfer to Real allow his standards to drop.
He said: "David is my friend and I want the best for him. He has had a very, very good four years for United and he will do it again.
"He is a very good professional, you can see that every day, he never missed one training session, he never missed one game. I think he is going to do it again.

Louis van Gaal held clear-the-air talks with De Gea yesterday
"For me, he is the best goalkeeper in the world and I think many people think the same. We are happy as a team to have him with us and as a friend I am happy also."
Herrera says United must not allow themselves to be knocked off track by the defeat at Swansea where they let a 1-0 lead slip.
"The most important thing now is to beat Liverpool," he said. "If we beat them we will be closer to Manchester City and that is our goal to be as close as possible to the trophies.
"We are Manchester United and we know we must do much better than last season. Last season was the first with the new staff and a lot of new players like me but, now, we have no excuses. We have to fight for everything.
"When I see the millions of supporters we have, I just think we cannot be fourth in the league, we have to be higher. It's a very exciting season and we will be fighting for everything."
