Arsenal and Liverpool set for January battle over Portugal star William Carvalho
Diego Costa and Gabriel squared up on Saturday
DIEGO COSTA has been charged with violent conduct by the FA following the incident with Laurent Koscielny in Saturday's Chelsea-Arsenal clash.

Costa received a yellow card for his part in the altercation with Arsenal's Gabriel after a tangle with Koscielny.
Gabriel was also booked, but was then sent of for kicking out at Costa as the disagreement went on further up the pitch.

But the referee didn't spot the initial incident with Koscielny, and Costa has now been charged retrospectively.
Gabriel has been charged for improper conduct for his behaviour following his dismissal while Santi Cazorla has been warned after he was sent off for two yellow cards.
Both clubs have also been charged for failing to control their players and have until 6pm tomorrow to respond.
