Bayern shock move for English star as scouts cast an eye over Liverpool and Arsenal target
Scouts from Bayern Munich are reported to have watched Demarai Gray for England Under-20s
BAYERN MUNICH have emerged as shock suitors for Birmingham winger Demarai Gray, according to reports.

The Birmingham Mail claim the German giants were one of a number of clubs to send scouts to watch him play for England Under-20s against Czech Republic last Monday.
Scouts from Manchester City, Liverpool and Everton are also understood to have been in Shrewsbury to oversee England's 1-0 win, while Arsenal are thought to be long-term admirers.

The 19-year-old had an outstanding game and Bayern could now be considering a bid for a player touted as one of the country's brightest talents.
Gray rejected moves to Bournemouth and Leicester this summer, opting to pen a new three-year contact at St Andrews instead.
However, a buy-out clause of £4.7million is believed to have been inserted in the deal.

The Birmingham Mail's report claims Gray told manager Gary Rowett he wants to stay because he wants regular first-team football.
And Rowett would rather keep him to aide their promotion push this season.
The Blues have started the Championship season well and are currently fourth in the table.
Gray has featured in all of their five fixtures so far this season, the latest a 4-2 victory over Bristol City yesterday.
