Victor Moses set to sign new contract at Chelsea
VICTOR MOSES is set to sign a new contract at Chelsea and then join West Ham on loan.

It will form part of a double swoop by Slaven Bilic, who expects Hull striker Nikica Jelavic to undergo a medical today on a £3m move.

Moses has spent the last two seasons on loan at and respectively, but is now in line to move across London.
Before then he is likely to extend his contract at Chelsea which has two years left to run. Moses moved to from Wigan for around £9m in 2012.
Meanwhile, Croatian forward Jelavic is set to undergo a medical on Monday before completing his return to the Premier League.

manager Bilic knows Jelavic, 30, well from his time in charge of the Croatia national team and believes he will add to the competition for places at the club.
Bilic is without injured duo Enner Valencia and Andy Carroll, but saw Diafra Sakho score in the 3-0 win over Liverpool on Saturday.
Jelavic was wanted by West Ham before he moved to Hull in January 2014 for £7m from .
He has scored once in five appearances this season for Steve Bruce’s side, but did not feature in the 2-0 win over Preston on Saturday.
