Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos set to make announcement over Manchester United move
Sergio Ramos will snub Manchester United to sign a new deal at Real Madrid
SERGIO RAMOS has snubbed Manchester United and will sign a new Real Madrid contract on Monday.

United boss Louis van Gaal made Ramos his top defender target this summer.
However, any attempts to include the 29-year-old in negotiations with Real for goalkeeper David De Gea have been rebuffed.

United sources insist De Gea will not be leaving this summer unless his £35million valuation is met or Ramos comes to Old Trafford as part of the deal.

But Ramos is set to stay in Madrid and finally put pen to paper on a new five-year deal.

Spanish sports paper Marca claim the Spain international will have his new £125,000-a-week deal announced during a ceremony at the Bernabeu on Monday.

Ramos' defensive partner Pepe - also linked with United - is expected to follow suit and sign a two-year extension.
