Chelsea braced for double deal as Jose Mourinho considers squad changes ahead of deadline
Juan Cuadrado could be on his way to Chelsea
JUVENTUS are plotting a double swoop for Chelsea stars Juan Cuadrado and Ramires.

The duo struggled for game time last season but Jose Mourinho has insisted he wants to keep them.
Cuadrado signed for the Blues in January in a £24million deal.

But the Colombia winger only made four starts for the Stamford Bridge side.
Ramires meanwhile signed for Chelsea in 2010 but struggled with injury last season.

The Blues have failed to add to their midfield this summer with their only in-comings Radamel Falcao on loan from Monaco and Asmir Begovic from Stoke.
Chelsea are still hoping to tie up a deal for a new left-back with Baba Rahman expected to join the club this week.
However if Ramires and Cuadrado were to leave Mourinho would want further additions.
The Daily Mail report that the Italian side have made an enquiry and are awaiting the Blues' response.
