Man City struck down by bug as Aguero, Silva, and Nasri could miss start of season
Sergio Aguero, David Silva and Samir Nasri could all miss the start of the season
SERGIO AGUERO, David Silva and Samir Nasri have given Manchester City a scare ahead of their opening Premier League fixture at West Brom on Monday.

Striker Aguero and midfielders Silva and Nasri were all forced to miss the club's 'CityLive' season launch event for supporters in Manchester last night after being sent home from training with a stomach bug.

Club sources say medical staff advised that the three players were kept away from the rest of the squad to avoid anyone else being infected.
Aguero told fans via videolink: "Sorry I can't be there. I don't feel well but I will be back soon."

City expect all three to be fit by Monday but boss Manuel Pellegrini will be relieved City's game at the Hawthorns was moved back 48 hours for live television purposes by Sky.
Aguero was due to collect two awards - the fans' player of the year and the EA sports performance - after scoring 32 goals in all competitions, 26 of them coming in the Premier League to earn the Golden Boot.
