Huge boost for Man Utd as Argentina star 'wants to join' and club Valencia need cash
Nicolas Otamendi is reported to be keen on a move to Manchester United
NICOLAS OTAMENDI wants to join Manchester United and £35million would be enough to get a deal done, according to Spanish football expert Graham Hunter.

Hunter responded to a question on Twitter with the revelation, claiming the Argentina international would be a good signing.
He also conceded the asking price was high.

When asked if there was anything he could reveal after rumours surfaced that United are ready to trigger a release clause in the Valencia defender's contract, Hunter said: "That Otamendi is extremely competitive and a fierce defender. That €50m is a big price. That he wants to join. That Vcf need £."
Otamendi has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester United all summer, although interest appeared to have cooled recently.
However, United boss Louis van Gaal could reignite his interest after the new revelations.
Valencia legend Mario Kempes recently spoke out on the subject of the 27-year-old's future, claiming his Argentine compatriot was ready to stay in Spain.

United, meanwhile are thought to be in the market for a another defender after using Daley Blind as a makeshift centre-back in their 1-0 win over Tottenham on the opening day of the Premier League season.
The Red Devils are also understood to be close to completing a deal for Barcelona winger Pedro and are eyeing three more signings before the transfer window slams shut on September 1.
