If your smartphone has a cracked display, you should probably think about upgrading to a Moto X Force.</div>

Incredibly – no matter what we did to this formidable flagship phone we simply could not break the display.</div>

Other parts of the Force didn't fair as well as the ShatterShield display. The plastic case suffered some severe damage and camera lens splintered – rendering the rear shooter utterly useless.</div>

But it's difficult to complain about the buffs, scratches and chips on the case given the sheer brutality of our tests.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When you're not trying to obliterate the 5.4 inch display, you'll find a lot to like about the Moto X Force.</div>

There's an excellent AMOLED Quad HD display which is bright, pin-sharp and packed with vibrant colour. And there's plenty of other decent features tucked inside the Moto X Force.</div>

Motorola has included a fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, high capacity two-day battery with fast TurboPower charging. Oh, and it has a water repellent nano-coating, too.</div>

The smartphone ships with stock Android 5.1.1 Lollipop – and should be getting the Marshmallow update very soon.</div>

MOTOLOLA has unveiled its new shatterproof Droid Turbo 2 in a brand-new video ad.<br />

Motorola has unveiled its latest smartphone in a new advertisement which shows Samsung, Xiaomi and Apple handsets smashing into tiny shards in beautiful slow-motion.<br />
One in four people will continue to use their smartphone with a broken display – even after cutting their fingers on the cracked glass, the video claims.<br />
The YouTube clip ends with a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 crashing into the ground and being picked up without a scratch.<br />

It's clear Motorola is not going to be playing down the durability of its new flagship Droid smartphone.<br />
The technology behind the shatterproof screen – which clocks in at an impressive 5.4 inches and with an eye-wateringly sharp 540pixels-per-inch – is dubbed Moto ShatterShield.<br />
It relies on a flexible AMOLED display which floats above the frame so the smartphone won't crumble at the first sign of a sudden shock.<br />
Powering the Droid Turbo 2 is a Snapdragon 810 processor and 3GB of RAM.<br />

Motorola has also packed a hefty 3,760mAh battery which the smartphone firm says will allow the handset to last for 48 hours.<br />
Wireless charging is also supported via the Qi standard.<br />
The rear camera packs 21megapixels with a f/2.0 aperture, duel LED flash and 4K video capabilities.<br />
The Droid Turbo 2 launches in the US on October 29th.<br />
Motorola has not confirmed a UK price or release date for the shatterproof device.
