Man Utd hero stuns Liverpool and Watford by hijacking deal for Real Madrid ace

VALENCIA manager Gary Neville has stolen a march on Liverpool and Watford and signed Denis Cheryshev on loan until the end of the season, according to reports.

The future of the Real Madrid winger has been heavily speculated after manager Zinedine Zidane admitted last night the Russian could leave the club.

Liverpool were reportedly interested but News News Blog Sport understands no move was made.

 

While Watford made a late bid for the player according to Goal.com.

But Spanish paper AS say Valencia have won the race for Cheryshev and he could even make his debut on Wednesday in the Copa del Rey against Barcelona.

Neville has gone eight games without a win in La Liga since becoming manager in December.
