JURGEN KLOPP will be absent for Liverpool’s game with Sunderland today after suffering a suspected bout of appendicitis.

Klopp was taken to hospital after falling ill this morning at home.
The Liverpool manager will cede first team duties to the remaining members of his coaching staff, including Zelkjo Buvac, Peter Krawietz, Pepijn Lijnders and goalkeeping coach John Achterberg.
He is likely to miss Tuesday’s FA Cup replay with West Ham.
