The Argentine is reportedly being lined up by United as a potential replacement for Louis van Gaal, who has come under increasing pressure this season.
The Red Devils sit fifth in the Premier League and three points below fourth-place Spurs, despite spending in excess of £100million on new players in the summer.
But former Spurs boss Redknapp is confident Pochettino would reject any approach from United to remain at the north London club.

United have also been linked with moves for Bayern Munich's Pep Guardiola, Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone and former Chelsea chief Jose Mourinho.
“I wouldn’t think he would want to leave,” Redknapp told talkSPORT in response to the speculation.
“Spurs are a good club, they have a fantastic training ground. It’s one of the big clubs in the country so I don’t think he’d want to be leaving.”

On United's season so far, he added: “I don’t generally think they’ve got players that can get you off your seat at the moment. There’s no spark at the end of it.
“It hasn’t been exciting but they haven’t got that many exciting players. Over the years they had nothing but exciting players.
“You knew you were going to get battered from the first minute but, at the moment, they haven’t got those players.”
