Manchester United reportedly want Pochettino (left) and Lukaku (top right), while Arsenal eye Rabiot |
Romelu Lukaku is not interested in joining Manchester United, the Sun on Sunday claim.
Lukaku, 22, has attracted the attention of United boss Louis van Gaal after scoring 12 goals since November.
Everton are unwilling to sell their Belgium ace unless a big-money offer comes in.
And while United believe a £40million summer bid is enough to capture the striker, it is understood Lukaku is not keen on playing at Old Trafford.
According to the report, former Chelsea striker Lukaku is more interested in joining either Real Madrid of Paris Saint-Germain.
Both clubs are said to considering offers this summer and are willing to go as high as £50m for the Goodison Park star.
Arsenal are preparing to spend £52m on two young players this winter after missing out on their No1 target.
According to the Sunday Star, Switzerland's Granit Xhaka and France midfielder Adriend Rabiot are on Arsene Wenger's shopping list.
And Arsenal, who have already agreed to sign Basel's Mohamed Elneny this winter, are prepared to spend big to get the midfield duo after Wenger baulked at Borussia Dortmund's £41m valuation of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Aubameyang was said to be top of Wenger's priorities this January.
But the Frenchman will instead now seek to bolster his midfield.
Xhaka, 23, is free to leave Borussia Monchengladbach if Arsenal meet their £37m valuation of the midfielder.
Rabiot, meanwhile, is expected to quit PSG after failing to cement his place in manager Laurent Blanc's first team plans and will cost the Gunners £15m.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has emerged as a candidate to replace Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford.
Pochettino, 43, joined Spurs 18 months ago and is on course to lead them to Champions League football next season.
The Argentine, who quit Southampton for White Hart Lane at the start of last season, has caught the eye of Old Trafford bosses, claim the Sunday Mirror.
Van Gaal's position at United remains under scrutiny after his side scraped past League One side Sheffield United 1-0 in the FA Cup yesterday.
Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Diego Simeone are also said to be on United's shortlist of candidates to step in should Van Gaal leave the club.
