Tottenham are falling behind in their pursuit of Leicester youngster Ben Chilwell.
The 19-year-old has been linked with a move to White Hart Lane with Tottenham concerned over their defensive options following Jan Vertonghen's recent injury.
But with Liverpool and Arsenal also battling for his services, the Gunners are ready to make a £4m bid, according to The Sun.
Leicester are reluctant to part with their rising star and are attempting to offer him a new contract to keep him from moving away from the King Power Stadium.
Andros Townsend has completed a £12m move to Newcastle.
The 24-year-old agreed moved to St James' Park on a five-year deal with the Magpies, after falling out of favour under Mauricio Pochettino.
"Newcastle is a fantastic club with great fans, a great stadium and great tradition," Townsend told Newcastle's website.
"As soon as I heard Newcastle were interested in me, there was only one place I wanted to go so I can't wait to get started."
Pochettino isn't willing to leave White Hart Lane for Manchester United or Chelsea.
The Argentine boss has been sounded out by both clubs as a potential candidate to take the reins in the summer.
But according to The Sun, Pochettino would only consider leaving the club if he was approached by Real Madrid or Barcelona.
Pochettino spent most of his playing career in La Liga playing for Espanyol, before later managing the club between 2009 and 2012.
