STEVEN NAISMITH is undergoing a medical at Norwich ahead of an £8.5million January move.
Naismith has scored four goals in 13 appearances for Roberto Martinez's side this season, including a hat-trick in a 3-1 win over Chelsea last September.
But the Scotland international has not featured for the Toffees since the turn of the year.
And boss Roberto Martinez has sanctioned his departure in order to raise funds for new signings.
Everton are expected to use the £8.5m they will bank from Naismith's sale to move for £21m Dynamo Kiev winger Andriy Yarmolenko.
