Spotted: Alexandre Pato seen at airport boarding flight to London for Chelsea medical

ALEXANDRE PATO boarded a plane to London last night as more details of his proposed transfer to Chelsea emerged.

 

Alexandre Pato is flying into London this morning from Brazil

 

Pato, 26, was spotted going through checkout at Guarulhos international airport in Sao Paulo before taking a midnight flight to the UK.

He is expected to undergo a medical today before singing off on a six-month loan deal.

It has emerged that Chelsea have agreed a £12million fee for the striker if they decide to make the deal permanent this summer.

Pato would sign a three-year contract at Stamford Bridge if he were to move on a fixed deal at the end of his loan stint.

Chelsea will pay the Brazil international £30,000-a-week until the end of the season.
