Revealed: Cristiano Ronaldo set to return to Manchester United after top level talks
Cristiano Ronaldo left Old Trafford for Real Madrid back in the summer of 2009

The FA have held top-level talks with Portugal over hosting a friendly between the two countries in the build-up to Euro 2016.
Coach Roy Hodgson wants to play three warm-up matches and England are set to play two games away from Wembley in order to drum up support around the country.
One potential venue is Old Trafford, which means Real Madrid and ex-Manchester United superstar Ronaldo could return to his former stomping ground. Portugal have also qualified for Euro 2016.

Ronaldo's presence would guarantee a sell-out and discussions are set to intensify next week when Hodgson returns from holiday and discusses in more details his pre-tournament plans with the FA.
England could also face a team outside Europe part of their preparations and with Argentina, and reigning World Player of the Year Lionel Messi, the dream opposition.
