NEWCASTLE are reportedly ready to offer Loic Remy a way out of Chelsea - but only if they fail to sign West Brom's Saido Berahino.

The Magpies are in pursuit of a striker this month as manager Steve McClaren seeks to add firepower to his forward line.
They have already spent £29million on three midfielders - Jonjo Shelvey, Henri Saivet and Andros Townsend.
Berahino, 22, could cost the club around £25m if they succeed in convincing West Brom to sell up.
Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace is determined to retain the former England U21 ace, despite his poor goals return this season.
And The Daily Telegraph claim Newcastle will waste little time finding an alternative to Berahino if they cannot get the deal completed.
Remy, 29, played on loan at St James' Park two seasons ago and performed well enough to earn a permanent switch from QPR to Chelsea.
He is reportedly available for £12m.
The France international appears to not be part of Guus Hiddink's plans at Stamford Bridge as the Blues push through Alexandre Pato's loan move this week.
Newcastle have the weekend off after losing their FA Cup third-round clash 1-0 at Watford earlier this month.
Sampdoria, Leicester and Crystal Palace are all reportedly interested in Remy.
They travel to Everton next Wednesday - two days after the window closes - before a home clash against Berahino's West Brom the following weekend.
