Sint-Truiden are 11th in Belgian's Pro League and their assistant manager is former Blackburn and West Ham striker Benni McCarthy, who scored 52 goals in four seasons at the Lancashire club but failed to score for the Hammers in two seasons before his retirement in 2011.

Two of Chelsea's South American youngsters are already playing for Sint-Truiden on temporary deals.
Columbian Joao Rodriguez, 19, and Chilean Christian Cuevas, 20, are plying their trade in Belgium and have played against Allan at Under-17 level.
Allan first came to Liverpool's attention in last year's Frenz International Cup after which the Reds invited him for a trial.

Allan was on loan at Finnish club Seinajoen Jalkapallokerho from September until he returned to Anfield at the end of October.
He scored on his debut and finished with two goals from the eight matches he played in Finland.
