Manchester United are considering a £30m move for Carlos Bacca

 

United are set to go head-to-head with Premier League rivals Chelsea for the signature of AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to reports.

The Telegraph claim a £30million bid would be needed to lure the Colombia international away from the San Siro.

Bacca is Milan's top scorer, scoring eight times in the league this season and would add some much-needed fire power to either club's attack.

 

The Red Devils have sent a representatives to Spain to work on a deal for highly-rated Atletico Madrid youngster Saul Niguez, according to reports.

Radio station Cadena Cope claim United will bid £15m for the 21-year-old, who is seen by Louis van Gaal as a long-term replacement for Michael Carrick.

The midfielder has scored five goals in 35 appearances for Atletico and has been capped 15 times by Spain at U21 level.
