Martial joined United for £38.5m last summer, a world record fee for a teenager.
But a set of documents leaked on Sport24 show his fee is set to rocket by a further 70 per cent.
Martial's former club could receive £7.7m if he scores 25 goals one season in his career and a further £7.7m if he is nominated for the Ballon d'Or award.
The final payment of £7.7m will be made if Martial picks up 25 caps for his country.
