| Manchester United eye January move for Ahmed Musa |
According to Sky Sports, Manchester United have entered the race to sign CSKA Moscow striker Ahmed Musa this month.
Premier League rivals Leicester reportedly had a £15million bid rejected for the Nigeria captain as the Russian club hold out for a fee closer to £19m.
United are keen to bolster their attacking options in a bid to achieve a top four finish this season, but will need to meet Musa's asking price to land him.
Meanwhile, United have agreed to extend the loan spell of striker Ashley Fletcher at League One outfit Barnsley until the end of the season.
After confirming his Oakwell stay, Fletcher said: "I'm delighted to be staying here as I've really enjoyed my time here so far.
"I feel I will only get better as I get more experience under my belt and I want to help the team as far up the league as possible, so who knows where we can go."

And finally, United have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Udinese's £11.5m-rated midfielder Piotr Zielinski.
News News Blog Sport understands fierce rivals Liverpool have set their sights on the Poland international and will look to secure a deal for his services this summer.
The 21-year-old is currently impressing out on loan at Empoli this season, scoring two goals and setting up a further five.
