Lazio drop Felipe Anderson's asking price

United have been linked with a move for the Brazil international since the summer as Louis van Gaal looks to add creativity and pace to his flanks.
Anderson was in scintillating form for Lazio last season, but has scored just four goals and assisted one in 17 Serie A games this term.

And now, according to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport, Lazio are willing to accept bids in the region of £36.7million for the 22-year-old.
The Stadio Olimpico club previously had no desire to sell Anderson and placed a valuation of £44m on their prized asset, but a deal reportedly could go ahead with United later this month.

Louis van Gaal is keen on signing a winger in January

On his January plans, Van Gaal said: "I have said that we need creative, speedy players in attack. You have seen which players I have bought; I like that profile, but we need more.
"I think that all the players I want do want to come. It is not a question of the players, it is a question of the clubs who are stopping them."
