The German has had a positive impact since taking over from Brendan Rodgers in October both on and off the pitch.
Klopp's high-pressing playing style is evident in Liverpool's matches, while off the pitch the 48-year-old appears to have strong relationships with all of his players on a personal level.
And Ibe has lifted the lid on how the former Borussia Dortmund boss keeps spirits high within the Liverpool camp.

"The manager is great - he’s like a father figure to all the players and very encouraging," Ibe said.
"Obviously he has a laugh now and again but he talks to us on a serious note and I’m enjoying it so far and I’m sure all the other players are.
 
“He gives all the players confidence and with winning games and playing games we’re building more confidence and it helps a player to improve.”
