JOHN TERRY has admitted he hopes his former Chelsea team-mate Petr Cech continues his "great form" ahead of Sunday's showdown with Arsenal.

John Terry: I hope Petr Cech wins the Premier League with Arsenal
Cech and Terry won 13 major honours together

The Blues captain and Czech Republic international won four Premier League titles, four FA Cups, three League Cups, a Europa League and a Champions League together at Stamford Bridge before the goalkeeper joined Arsenal in the summer.
Terry predicted Cech would earn the Gunners "12 to 15 points" when he left and he has not disappointed, saving his new club on several occasions and breaking the Premier League record for the number of clean sheets.

And ahead of their meeting on the weekend, Terry insists he wishes Cech well.
He told the Evening Standard: “Petr has shown this season that he is still one of the best in the world let alone in the Premier League.

“I said from the start that he will give Arsenal points in the title race. That is what he has done and he will continue to do so.
“I have huge respect for him as a player and as a man. I have shared the dressing room with him for many years and won an awful lot of trophies with him.
“Obviously we want to continue winning things here at Chelsea but I wish him well and I hope he continues his great form.”
