ROCKSTAR could release Red Dead Redemption 2 early in 2016, according to reports.
The creators of Grand Theft Auto are apparently working on a follow-up to their 2010 western classic, although there is yet to be any official confirmation.
However, a supposed disgruntled former Rockstar employee has taken to Reddit dishing out details about the company’s latest offering.
Whether AnonDN1978 is telling the truth remains to be seen, but Red Dead fans have been quick to take him for his word.
According to the Reddit user, the sequel will be called Red Dead Redemption 2: Legends of the Old West, and will feature two characters called Seth and Irish.
It is also claimed that there will be a third character who can be customised by the player, with the game also allowing users to purchase safehouses and even join a gang.
In terms of a release date, Red Dead Redemption 2 is apparently set to come out early next year, with Rockstar said to have spent almost five years working on it.
