The Blues' Premier League title defence has been nothing short of disastrous and they are currently 16th in the table.
Guus Hiddink's men take on Paris Saint-Germain in the last 16 of Europe's elite competition for the third consecutive season while they begin their FA Cup campaign in the third round against Scunthorpe a week tomorrow.
Chelsea completed the unique double of the FA Cup and Champions League back in 2012 and Hazard thinks they can repeat the trick again.
"We are in a good way right now, we just need to start winning more games to bring the confidence back and create more positivity," Hazard told the club's official website.
"If the second half of the season goes well we can win two trophies so we just want to take it game by game, we don’t want to look too far into the future.

"It’s just about winning as many matches as possible."
Chelsea will look to get their first victory under Hiddink when they travel to Crystal Palace tomorrow (1:30pm).
