The Daily Mail claim Hazard has told close friends that he will leave Stamford Bridge, but not during the January transfer window.
It is claimed Hazard's decision will spark a bidding war between Real Madrid and frontrunners Paris Saint-Germain.
Chelsea are understood to value last season's player of the year at around £90m.
