ENGLAND midfielder Dele Alli says he wants to establish himself in the Tottenham side after signing a new contract at the club.
Alli, 19, today penned a new deal until 2021 after an impressive first six months in a Spurs shirt.
The England youngster only joined Spurs from MK Dons in a £5million transfer last February before being loaned back to his parent club for the remainder of the season.
And the White Hart Lane club have moved to lock their talent down to a long-term deal, which includes a pay rise form his previous £10,000-a-week contract.
"When I signed here I wanted to play for Tottenham and I wasn't thinking of going anywhere else at the time," Alli told Spurs TV.
"The manager and everyone has helped me a lot - luckily I've broken in (to the first team) and got games.
"I've shown people what I can do and want to establish myself as a Premier League player.
"But I'm 19. I've still got a lot to learn and I can't think of a better place at the minute to do that."
Alli boasts 30 appearances for club and country already this season and has scored five goals since November.
