MANCHESTER UNITED have agreed to loan Ashley Fletcher to Barnsley for one month.
The 20-year-old is yet to make his senior debut at Old Trafford and is looking to make an impact whilst with the League One side.
He will stay at Oakwell until February 6 and is eligible for Saturday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Area final first leg against Fleetwood.

"I'm buzzing to be here," Fletcher said.
"I've come to get some league experience and help improve the team.
"I'm looking forward to this weekend. Fleetwood are a good side and it will be a good test but with the quality we've got here, I'm sure we can do the business.
"Having trained with the lads [on Thursday] morning, I can see the quality that they bring to the club."
Fletcher, who has progressed through the Red Devils' academy, has been a regular goalscorer for United's U21s and had been hoping to make his first-team breakthrough under Louis van Gaal this season.
