CHELSEA defender Papy Djilobodji has completed a loan move to Werder Bremen.

 
Confirmed: Chelsea wrap up January deal for international star
Papy Djilobodji has left Chelsea on loan for the rest of the season
 
The Bundesliga club revealed on their official Twitter account: "#Werder have signed Papy #Djilobodji on loan until the end of the season! Welcome to Bremen, Papy!"
While Bremen boss Viktor Skrypnyk said on Djilobodji's arrival: "We are very glad that we after the sale of Assani Lukimya can quickly present a successor."
