Man City head race for £50m John Stones

Manchester City have emerged as favourites to sign Everton’s John Stones, according to reports.
The defender submitted a transfer request last summer but Roberto Martinez rejected it in an effort to build a squad to qualify for the Champions League.
Chelsea also made up to £30million but saw them refused by Everton who reportedly value the player at £50m.
 
But now according to the Sunday Mirror the Etihad is the most likely destination for the England man.
Stones has struggled for form of late including a torrid night against prospective employers City in the Capital One Cup final.
And with Chelsea having cooled their interest in the player the Manchester club are now strong favourites to sign the 21-year-old this summer.

£60m plan to replace Eden Hazard with Antoine Griezmann

Chelsea are set to relaunch their pursuit of Antoine Griezmann but only if Eden Hazard leaves the club in summer.
Griezmann has been red-hot in front of goal with 19 already this season for Atletico Madrid powering them to second in La Liga.
 
Hazard on the other hand has had a difficult season and is without a Chelsea goal in nearly eight months.
And with both Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid interested in the Belgian’s services, Chelsea may choose to cash in this summer.
If they do, the Mail on Sunday are claiming they will look to match Griezmann’s £60m buy-out clause and bring him to Stamford Bridge.
 

Summer move for out-of-favour Juventus striker eyed

Alvaro Morata is a target for , according to reports.
The 23-year-old has been restricted to just eight starts in Serie A this season with providing the fire-power up front for Juventus.
Juve endured a difficult start to the season but are now just two points off league leaders Napoli.
 
And despite the interest of Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham, the Premier League champions are keen to follow up on the interest originally expressed by Jose Mourinho.
