CHELSEA are preparing a deal to sign highly-rate Basel youngster Breel Embolo, according to reports.

The 18-year-old has become a star in Switzerland since moving to Basel's first team, netting 16 times in 47 appearances.
Arsenal and Manchester United have both reportedly been keeping tabs on the striker and have sent scouts to track his progress this season.
However, according to an exclusive in The Metro, the Blues have moved ahead of their Premier League rivals and will consider a January bid.
The report claims Roman Abramovich will sanction a move for Embolo providing Loic Remy or Radamel Falcao leave the club.
Remy has been linked with a number of clubs including Aston Villa, Norwich and Crystal Palace and Falcao is expected to be recalled by Monaco.
It's understood Basel will sell Embolo if the price is right and will consider offers in the region of £20million.
