RADAMEL FALCAO believes a lack of playing time is to blame for his poor form - not his injuries.

Chelsea flop explains why he's struggled to impress for the Blues this season
Radamel Falcao has scored just once for the Blues this season

The Colombian has struggled to hit the ground running at Chelsea this season since joining on loan from Monaco in the summer.
Falcao spent last year on loan at Manchester United and in his debut season in the Premier League he managed to find the net just four times.
This season the 29-year-old has scored just a single goal for the Blues with the west London outfit failing to replicate their form of last season.

Jose Mourinho opted to play Diego Costa ahead of Falcao during the first half of the season, and since Guus Hiddink's arrival the Colombia international has suffered injuries.
But Falcao insists it is the lack of opportunities and not his knee injury that has seen him net just once this term.
"I have recovered from my knee injury," he told Colombian magazine Semana. "The problem is since then I have not had the chance to play a whole season to get back my confidence and become competitive again.

"If I had had that regular football, you would not be saying this right now.
"I try not to destabilise myself. People talk a lot, but they also say some positive things and I try to welcome those messages because they encourage me and it what I am looking for."
