CHELSEA and Manchester United have both made approaches for AC Milan striker Calos Bacca, according to reports.

The Colombia striker joined Milan from Sevilla in the summer but is being monitored by the Premier League duo.
Milan are struggling again this season, sitting eighth after 19 games, with manager Sinisa Mihajlovic fighting for his job.
And, according to the Telegraph, Chelsea and United have both been in touch with the Italians to sound out a potential January move.

Both clubs are in need of extra fire power after struggling through the season.
Chelsea look set to let Loic Remy leave the club and are willing to cut their losses on Radamel Falcao, leaving them with just Diego Costa up top.
United, meanwhile, have just Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial in attack.
