HULL boss Steve Bruce has told Arsenal that he wants to sign loanee Isaac Hayden on a permanent deal.

Championship boss wants permanent move for Arsenal loan star
Hull could make a move for Arsenal loanee Isaac Hayden

Hayden, 20, joined Hull on a season-long loan deal in the summer and he's made 11 appearances for the Tigers in the Championship.
The young midfielder scored his first senior goal at the weekend as Hull thrashed Charlton 6-0 to move to within two points of league leaders Middlesbrough.
It was Hayden's first league start since September and he's spent most of his loan spell on the fringes of Bruce's first-team.
But the former Manchester United defender has been very impressed with the youngster since his arrival at the KC Stadium.
"I'd make it permanent tomorrow if that was possible," Bruce told the Hull Daily Mail.
"I desperately want to hang on to him. In an ideal world he'd want to be playing every week but he's started last weekend and again.
"He's a very good young player, who's progressing all the time.
"He's got his goal and he did very well. He's energetic and full of beans and he'll remember his first goal. I wanted to freshen us up in midfield and he was one who took his chance well. It was very good to see."
Hayden was reportedly close to leaving East Yorkshire for Fulham earlier this month in another loan deal, with Arsenal keen for him to have more first-team football.

But his goal-scoring return to Hull's first-team, and Bruce's eagerness to sign him up, has cooled talk of a return to London.
Hayden has represented England's youth teams from Under-16s up to the Under-20s and made two senior appearances for Arsenal, both in the League Cup, in the last two seasons.
