VICTOR VALDES has confirmed he will be leaving Manchester United after posting a farewell message on Twitter.
The former Barcelona goalkeeper has been frozen out by Louis van Gaal this season following a pre-season bust up and has been linked with a January exit.
And it seems the Spaniard might finally have got his move away from Old Trafford, thanking the fans for their support in a goodbye tweet.

"Thank you all for your support during these month of hard work for me, I will never forget. See you soon!" he wrote.
It's understood the 34-year-old is joining Belgian club Standard Liège on loan until the end of the season.
And The Independent claim United will be paying some of his wages in order to speed up the deal for the unwanted goalkeeper.
Valdes has made no appearances for United this term and wasn't even handed a squad number at the start of the season.
