Arsenal have agreed a £23million fee with Dynamo Kiev for Andriy Yarmolenko, according to reports.
The winger, who has scored 13 goals in 22 appearances for Kiev this season, has been linked with a move to Everton this month.
However, according to Ukrainian publication Sport, the Gunners have agreed a deal with Kiev which will see the winger move to the Emirates in the summer.
