ALEXANDRE PATO's move to Chelsea has stalled due to an unsettled loan fee, according to reports.
Pato boarded a plane from Guarulhos international airport in Sao Paulo to the UK yesterday and was set to be unveiled as Guus Hiddink's first signing.
News News Blog Sport understands he was lined up for a medical and was close to finalising a six-month loan deal from Corinthians after touching down at Heathrow Airport.

However, according to Sky Sports, the deal has hit a snag as negotiations for the initial loan fee are yet to be finalised.
It's understood Pato has already agreed personal terms with the Blues and is set to earn £30,000 a week until may.
And he revealed yesterday how excited he was to make the move to Stamford Bridge, calling it a 'dream come true'.
"I'm here to make a dream come true. Chelsea is my new home. I really want to play for them," he said.
"I'm very happy... and very nervous. I want to meet my new team-mates so I can adapt as quickly as possible.
"Yes, it's been a while without playing, but that's nothing that my new colleagues can't help me with."
