The 24-year-old midfielder has been in impressive form for Napoli, hitting eight goals in 20 appearances this term.
Arsene Wenger is scouring the market for reinforcements, and Basel star Mohamed Elneny looks set join in a £7million deal, pending the obtainment of a work permit.
Arsenal were on Insigne's trail in the summer, but his agent Antonio Ottaiano believes Insigne won't be leaving Serie A in a hurry.
"We enjoy the interest from Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal," Ottaiano told Italian radio station Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli as quoted by the London Evening Standard.
"We’re talking about two clubs at the top of world football, but Lorenzo is focused on Napoli and his personal and team objectives.
"He’s wearing the shirt he dreamed of wearing as a child, and he’ll give his all to bring great satisfaction to the fans."
