The Denmark international is replaced by midfielder Tom Carroll, while full-backs Ben Davies and Kyle Walker make way for Danny Rose and Kieran Trippier, respectively.
Meanwhile, hosts Watford make two alterations from their 2-2 draw at Chelsea, which sees Ikechi Anya and Nathan Ake start ahead of Allan Nyom and Jose Holebas.
