Rooney and Schneiderlin miss out on Wolfsburg trip as surprise name makes Man Utd squad
Morgan Schneiderlin has been ruled out of the trip to Wolfsburg
WAYNE ROONEY and Morgan Schneiderlin have been ruled out of Manchester United's crucial Champions League clash with Wolfsburg.

Rooney remains sidelined with the ankle injury which kept him out of the goalless draw with West Ham while Schneiderlin is absent after sustaining a hip injury in Saturday's game.
Other absentees on Louis van Gaal's length injury list include Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera, Phil Jones Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia.
But Paddy McNair, who was replaced at half-time against the Hammers with an ankle knock, has travelled with the squad and is in contention to play.

United's lengthy injury list does mean a surprise recall to the first-team squad for Nick Powell, for the first time in 16 months.
Powell makes up part of the 19-man travelling party, as do fellow youngsters Guillermo Varela and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson.
Victory against Wolfsburg will confirm United's qualification for the last-16 stage as group winner, but they will miss out on qualification if they fail to win and PSV Eindhoven beat CSKA Moscow.
