Newcastle ace confirms Man Utd and Tottenham want to sign him

Ayoze Perez is aware of Tottenham and Manchester United's interest

 

AYOZE PEREZ has admitted Manchester United and Tottenham are interested in signing him.

 

The Spaniard, who joined Newcastle from Tenerife last summer, has been one of the few star performers in a testing season to date for the Magpies.

Louis van Gaal has made no secret of his desire to add pace to his United attack, while Mauricio Pochettino may look to ease the burden off Spurs forward Harry Kane.

 

And Perez claims that while he is aware of the interest surrounding him, he is fully committed to Newcastle.

“There is truth in the talk about interest in me. It's rewarding for me,” Perez said.

 

Steve McClaren has overseen a tough season in charge of Newcastle

 

"There is much truth in the interest from Tottenham and Man United, but my place is at Newcastle."

Perez has netted four Premier League goals this term.
