Man Utd lead Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool in stunning swoop for West Ham's Reece Oxford
Reece Oxford had a memorable debut against Arsenal in August
MANCHESTER UNITED are ready to make an 'audacious' £8million bid for West Ham hotshot Reece Oxford.

The 16-year-old shone on the opening weekend of the Premier League season when he delivered an excellent performance on his debut as the Hammers beat Arsenal 3-0.
But despite starting the following match against Leicester City and a substitute appearance in the away win at Liverpool, the teenger has not appeared since.

However, United are plotting an £8m offer in the January transfer window and will follow up their interest next summer if the bid is snubbed.

Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City are also said to be keen on Oxford, who only made his first-team debut in July.
Oxford is expected to sign a two-and-a-half year contract with West Ham after turning 17 later this month but FA regulations prevent players under the age of 18 from signing longer deals.
