DWIGHT YORKE has slammed Manchester United as "painful to watch".

United went down 2-0 at Stoke following goals from Bojan and Marko Arnautovic.
And Yorke slammed his former side for going seven games without a win - the first time the club has done that since 1989.
"I have to say it was painful to watch Man United. I felt that it was a team lacking in confidence," Yorke said on Sky Sports.
"No sparkle whatsoever in that team.
"I look at that bench to see if someone can come on apart from Wayne Rooney, who can bring something, who adds something different to the team.
"They seem to be short in every department."
